Policy For Customer
Information:
All WebCard System's customer
account information is held in strict confidence. We do
not sell or share our customer list with any other entities.
Customer information such as name, e-mail address, mailing
address, phone number, and billing information is collected
for the sole purpose of providing/offering services and
related services as described on this website, or as offered
by WebCard Systems and/or it's affiliates. Moreover, by
subscribing to any of WebCard Systems email lists and/or
services you hereby agree to allow WebCard Systems to
contact you in which ever manner is necessary including,
but not limited to, email, telephone or by mail, etc.
Monies
Paid & Service/Account Discrepancies:
All monies paid for services
rendered, or for services under development are nonrefundable.
Moreover, if at anytime there is a disagreement between
you (the customer) and WebCard Systems, WebCard Systems
reserves the right at its sole discretion to make the
final decision to bring final resolve.
Family
Friendly Services:
WebCard Systems does not accept any distasteful products
and/or services for advertising or promotion, as determined
by WebCard Systems at its sole discretion. All products
and services offered or advertised must be family friendly.
Moreover, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone,
for any reason, at anytime.
Anti-Spam
Policy - Zero Tolerance:
To
"spam" is to send e-mail to people who have
not specifically requested it. WebCard's accounts are
not to be used to spam! Spamming is a serious offense
that WebCard Systems does not permit. You may not use
email lists that are purchased, rented, leased, or in
any way bought from a third party.
WebCard
Systems Does NOT Condone Spam:
Concerning
spam, the WebCard Systems Service Agreement reads: "Spamming,
or the sending of unsolicited email, using an email address,
URL that is maintained on or that is associated with the
WebCard System in anyway, or directing traffic to a web
page that contains any reference to WebCard Systems is
STRICTLY prohibited. WebCard Systems will be the sole
arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
This action WILL RESULT in immediate termination of your
account without notice and/or refund. Any service interruptions
as a result of subscribers spamming will be billed to
the subscriber at $100.00 per hour until service(s) are
fully restored. Subscriber will also be in violation of
the WebCard Systems Service Agreement and will be subject
to legal action."
Importing
or in any way using purchased leads with an WebCard Systems
account is strictly prohibited. If you paid money or in
any way purchased a group of preexisting leads, these
may not be used with the WebCard System. This includes
co-registration services, "safe lists" or any
type of free leads given to you. Only people that have
specifically requested information directly from you may
be emailed through the WebCard System.
WebCard's
Zero Tolerance Policy on Spam:
If
a WebCard Systems account is used to spam, and WebCard
Systems is notified, that account will be closed. The
customer will not be issued a refund, and will not be
given access to any leads in his WebCard account.
Help
WebCard Systems Stop Spam:
If
you have received an unsolicited e-mail from anyone
using a WebCard Systems account/ad, please tell
us. Forward the message you received, including
the mail headers, to legal@webcardsystems.com.
Include a note letting us know that the message
is spam, and that you did not specifically request
to receive information from the sender.
Other:
On any issue covered herein, or not covered herein,
the outcome/final decision will be determined by
WebCard Systems at it's sole discretion.
